Partners in foot care at Homeless Connect Edmonton
Boyle McCauley Health Centre provided foot care services at Homeless Connect on the May 9th, 2010. We have been a part of every Homeless Connect beginning with the inaugral event in Edmonton on October 5, 2008. In collaboration with Primary Care Network (PCN) Edmonton North, with help from SHINE Youth Clinic, and with the support of an extraordinary group of volunteers and staff we saw approximately 400 people, and our team performed foot care for 132 persons. 120 pairs of running shoes and 700 pairs of socks donated by the Running Room and PCN Edmonton North were supplied to those with the most severe foot problems.Read more
